The new UOTF at Lavarack Barracks provides support to Army operational training capability.
The facility consists of a number of discrete building elements including complex single storey and complex multi storey buildings to provide a range of simulated situations. The construction and proximity between buildings presents similarity with complex urban structures
The facilities were constructed in a durable manner responding to the robust training initiatives expected whilst allowing ease of maintenance and cleaning after use.
