This project involved the design and documentation of a five-leg roundabout and a T-intersection in Charters Towers. Traffic islands were a combination of concrete and painted.
Existing pavements were re-sealed and the location of the bus stop was addressed during the design process. Vehicle swept paths were modelled during the design stage and final documentation included layouts with geometric layouts of traffic islands, bus stop treatments and linemarking.
