We were commissioned by Townsville City Council (TCC) for the replacement of the Old Theatre roof on the School of Arts building. To understand the framing of the roof LCJ Engineers provided advice on the adequacy of the supporting roof structure and possible upgrading and assessment options to ensure the structure complied with current design standards. The heritage aspects of the chosen roof option were approved by the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection.
